use utpt to export original textures do DDS files
if you use official utx files in encrypted form (right from the client), you can load them directly into utpt
if you use official utx files, but they are decrypted, you must select "lineage 2" flavor in utpt manually
if you use Naked[BFS].* utx packs, decrypt them first (they should autodetect as the "Desert Thunder" flavor. If they don't, select it manually
use unrealed to make new fresh utx pack, and import textures there
prepare / adjust armorgrp.dat / <whatever>.dat, if applicable
before using them in client, they must be encrypted back to 121 ; be careful about file names, as 121's key is derived from them ; in the other words - if your file is named fineDEass.utx at the moment you're encrypting, this is the filename you must use in L2 ; L2encdec, as described in documentation, can handle automatically all dec- / enc- prefixes in any count (from the beginning, consecutivly) ; so if you have enc-dec-dec-enc-dec-fineDEass.utx, l2encdec will use fineDEass.utx as the base for key generation
Please don't ask me, why your utx files don't work, if you use other tools than l2encdec / l2asm / l2disasm.
