Weapon Glow Effects

Would it be possible to edit some files so that the flames from the A grade weapon OE-glows would work on lower grade weapons too (like B grade or C grade)?

It is possible, after some messing with dat and probably int files. As for details, I don't know. ragezone would probably be a good place to search / ask.
