Decrypting NakedF.utx

I'm trying to modify textures for the first time so I've tried to get textures from NakedF.utx as a reference. But obviously I've failed to decrypt it with l2encdec.exe, the header "L i n e a g e 2 V e r 1 2 1 ..." always persists in file and UTPT can't open it.
I've tried each decryption commands (-l, -g, -d, -s) without success.
Is it supposed to be non-decryptable or I'm doing something wrong? Please advise.
I'm using l2encdec v2.73 and NakedF.utx v1.05.
Should I use l2tool/l2toolo here? I can't figure it out as neither me nor my computer knows Japanese... :?

Nope - l2tool is only for unaltered, "original" NC's utx files. And it's still better to just make a new pack, imo.
