Face textures

Do the nude patches include face textures as well? I'm looking for the body AND face textures... and would hate to redownload the entire client just for the face textures. :(

Also... anyone had any luck extracting the nude textures to edit them? I followed the steps on this site:

...but can't get the files to open in UnrealED for some reason. I followed all the instructions on the site to the letter.. and have retried many times but keep getting a fatal error trying to open the decrypted, modified-for-UED files. :/

Not really :) I once used some different faces of dorfs though.
