Now I know you're probably going to get pissed off about how many posts there have been about this, but ive read every post about it on the forums, used your guides, and have read several websites to try and figure this out. You say "decode" as if it was simple, and yet I try and bring it up and it just dissapears like the other guy said in one of the l2encdec posts. Now don't take me for dumb Ive READ the guide I didn't just skip something, ive probably done this patch atleast 6 times, redownloading the files and starting all over again and there is nothing different when I log into the game. I try and edit the user.ini configuration file in the system folder to edit the settings, but it displays as symbols, so I read the guide on the l2encdec, did exactly what it did and now im here, completely oblivious to what is happening and confused. So...why not another desperate cry for help...please :p.
