where can i get a working unrealED?

i have the unreal runtime and unrealED 2.0 downloaded from the site on the main page but i want to edit stuff in l2, what do i have to do to edit in l2? i get a critical error when i try to open up a file says i run out of virtual memory?? have 1 gig of ram and virtual memory is set to 2048 megs. plz help

did you decrypted the file first? If not, you cannot open it with UnrealEd
