C4 nude patch -.-

I got the encdec and the patcher and the NakedFutx pack and all that...do i just need to put the files that are in the NakedFutx folder...into my system texturs and thats it? I'm extrememly clueless on all this..coding and decrypting and all...i couldnt use the encdec if i tried.... If someone could just post the completed files for nude dark elfs and light elfs it would make my life so much less complicated :((
I just wanna get them working and play.. -.-
