how to get l2encdec to work?

can anyone tell me how to make it work? cause im having problems trying to make it work. Please help me thx in advance

I have the same problem when i start the patcher it copy me all files in the "Backup", but when i Start l2decrypt the Window open just for a second and close to fast to use ist...

Pls Help if anybody have a idee.
