Nude Patch question

I'm pretty sure I installed it properly, but is the nude patch only supposed to work when you don't have ANY armor on? Is there a way for it show you and other characters nude as well even if they have armor on? Thanks in advance

NakedB is for armors, and only few of them. NudeF/S/U are only if your character has no armor.
