and back again l2disasm -d c4\skillname-e.ddf skillname-e.dat skills.txt
instead of 3-5mb file like first time u'll have 12mb file...
it simply doesn't l2asm correctly

As in manual - you have to set "soft" limits on fields that may have undefined amount of columns. -e used with l2disasm outputs premade ddf file.

I told you you had to specify soft limit in ddf file, or use exported ddf from disasm.

DAT files won't be due to unicode conversions.
