sniffer doesent start

so i got latest sniffer
installed popcap* rebooted,
installed sniffer
then i launched it, started aion
logged on to my char
but in sniffer all i see is

........
received the decryption key

after that nothing,
i kill alot of mobs but nothing else shows in sniffer

got the same problem atm even tried reloggin back to server select screen few times but it didnt help at all

had this a few times before its really weird but when i uninstalled wincap reinstalled it and downloaded a fresh (actually the same) sniffer it would work
untill i rebooted pc and it stopped working again most of the times sometimes it worked a bit longer
